Jenelva Carter (Undine) is a graduate of Incarnate Word University. She currently teaches theater and art at the George Gervin Academy. She also serves as the Secretary on the TRG Board and Co-Manager of in The Renaissance Guild’s One Act Series. Previous roles include: Beauty/ Amiga Gringa in In the Blood; Lampito in Lysistratra; and Annelle in Steel Magnolias. She would thank God – who makes all things possible, her family and the cast/crew of Fabulation.

Charles Riley (Flow, Ensemble) was born and raised in San Antonio, Tx. In 1998 he graduated from John Jay High school. He started out his acting career with the comedy troupe “The Woodies”. Shortly after that he was in “A Soldiers Play”, “Of Mice And Men” with Horsnesby Int. With the Renaissance Guild he has done “A Raisin In The Sun”, “Fences”, “Dearly Departed” and numerious One Acts. He is also appearing on the TLC channel’s new show “Personnal Justice”. Charles is very excited about doing “Fabulation” because of all the crazy roles that everyone gets to play.

Stephanie Hicks (Mother, Ensemble) is happy to be working with the Renaissance Guild again. She appeared in the TRG production of “Fences”. Other credits include: Intimate Apparel and Anna in the Tropics at the Cellar Theater; Aida and Crowns at the San Pedro Playhouse. She will be appearing for a second year in the V-Day production of “The Vagina Monologues”. She wants to thank her family and friends for their continued love and support.

Jeff McDaniel (Accountant, Ensemble) is an aspiring actor making his debut right here on the San Antonio TRG stage in this production of Fabulation or the Re-Education of Undine. Jeff is a proud, veteran military officer of the US Army. He now looks forward to a promising entertainment career.

John Martin Fitzhugh (Herve’, Ensemble) is a native Pennsylvanian but now makes San Antonio, Texas his home. After completing a distinguished military career as a U.S. Air Force officer, he returned to his first love—acting. He is featured in the independent film, The Sitdown, various commercials, and other live and recorded productions. John is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and received a M.A. in Management degree from American Military University.

Raymond Moore (Guy, Ensemble) is an active duty Air Force member. This production is his third stage performance with TRG. He is married to his childhood friend and has four wonderful children. Raymond is a devote Christian and holds several offices at the church he attends. He wants to thank all of his family and friends for supporting him, and mostly God, for being “I am.”

Charlita Williams (Stephie, Ensemble) known for her role as Suzanne in the San Antonio TRG stage production of Dearly Departed returns to the stage playing Stephie in the “Fabulation Or, Re-Education Of Undine”. Prior to joining TRG, Charlita worked on the RBC production Deliverance. Charlita has worked on commercials, print ads, and movies. She thanks her family, friends and Pastor for their continual support. To God be the glory.

Angela Bennett (Grandmother, Ensemble) has recently returned to us from Los Angeles, California. Her recent performances include Butterflies of Uganda; Going Thru It To Get To It; and Club Rumboogie. She won ATAC Awards for her roles in Spell #7 for Best Supporting Actress-Drama; and In The Blood for Lead Actress- Drama. Some of her TV credits include ER; Sisters In The Spirit; THE MC HAMMER STORY; and a National Kia Commercial. She gives thanks and honor to God for the journey, and to her family and friends for all of their patience, encouragement, and support.

Clifford Ross (Father, Ensemble) was born in Los Angeles, CA. He moved to San Antonio in 2000 and started volunteering with the Renaissance Guild in 2003. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2005 and decided to stay in San Antonio. He has acted in numerous one act series and also directed “Off the Wagon” another One Act series short plays. When he is not acting for the Guild he volunteers his time as co – house manager.

deAnna Navarro (Understudy) debuted with TRG in The Big Sign as calculating character Nora and later exhibited her diversity in In The Shadows of Lies as Woman. She pursued a BA in Mass Communications, minored in Theatre at Langston University, while participating in the Dust Bowl Players acting troupe. deAnna demonstrates her love of GOD, writing, singing and performance poetry as Creative Director of Spiritually Speaking, an RBC dramatic arts ensemble for which she wrote the play Deliverance. deAnna is dedicated to promoting sickle cell awareness throughout the South Texas Region.

The Crew

Antoinette F. Winstead (Director ) is also a playwright and actress. She has a BFA in Film/TV production from NYU and a MFA in Film from Columbia University. Fabulation marks her fifth Mainstage production for TRG. In 2006, she won the ATAC Award for “Directing Excellence” for TRG’s production of A Raisin in the Sun.

Eric Platt (Set Construction) started working in theatre in high school and continued in college. He is a Five Star Thespian member, a former member of the LA Stuntman Assoc. and former member of the Hollywood Chapter of the Actor’s Guild. He has worked for various community theatres for several years, specializing in construction, lighting, sound and special effects

Jesse Arenas (Light Design) is a current student at the UIW Engineering Department, but has been working professionally in San Antonio since 1996. He is currently the head of the Lighting Department at San Antonio Sound and Light. Jesse enjoys working with TRG; this is his fifth production with them.

Rigel Nunez (Sound Design) recently received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word. Recent projects include the roles of Joan in A Christmas Carol and Annie in Sheer Bloody Lunacy. Upcoming projects include a scene design for Eleemosynary which opens at Incarnate Word this April.

**Scharlette Donald* (Light Board Operator) a native San Antonian, Scharlette has been in the arts for the past seven years. She has also performed with The Renaissance Guild in two ActOne Series productions and also writes and produces plays.

Martha Saenz Buchanan (Stage Hand) was born and bred in the Alamo city (God Bless the Armadillo). She has been honored to serve on the TRG board and share the limelight with a host of talented people. She broadcasts for OWL radio and is the proud mama of a graduating senior (Yea Marilyn!).

Gerard B. Baxter (Light Board Operator) worked on the Sterling Houston play Le’ Griffon as light board operator, which was his first theatre production. He has renewed his passion for the arts with his contribution to this production.

Schronda Donald (Stage Manager) is a life long theatre patron and actress once again takes her hand at technical theatre. She is blessed in her fourth season with TRG, to work with such an incredibly talented cast. Although she favors theatre, her technical and acting credits include television and film as well.

Paula King (House Manager) began volunteering as Usher with TRG in 2001. Since then, she has become House Manager, and attributes her passion for theatre to watching her elder sister Danielle perform. “I have seen nothing but GREATNESS for TRG and for those whom assist us with making each performance a success.” I would be remiss if I did not thank God, for allowing me to serve in such a wonderful capacity, and for allowing me the opportunity to share the love of theatre with others.

Danielle King (Stage Manager/Assistant Producer) is a practicing Christian, co-founder of TRG, and founder of Drama Child Productions. Her recent theatre performances include Proposals, Black & Blue, the musical Crowns, and the award winning film Dating Danielle. She has won several Alamo Theatre Arts Council Globe Awards, including her last two in 2008 for “Best Actress in a Drama” for Blues for An Alabama Sky, and “Best Supporting Actress” in a Musical for Nuncrackers. She sends lots of love and thanks to her family, friends, supporters, and to God.

Paul Riddle, Jr. (Producer) is a Co-Founder and President of TRG. Paul began his acting career over 15 years ago and some of his on-stage appearances include The Gin Game, A Soldier’s Play, A Raisin In the Sun, Ceremonies in Dark Old Men, Fences, Betrayal, and Blessed Assurance. Paul produced several ActOne and Mainstage plays including the ATAC winning production of A Raisin in the Sun. He is happy to watch others on and off stage enjoying the magic of theatre. Paul continues to thank God as well as the patrons, family and friends.
