But we need your help!

We kicked off the 2007-2008 season during Black History Month with our production of “Blues for an Alabama Sky” by Pearl Cleage and masterfully directed by Antoinette F. Winstead. The show, which featured as supreme cast of actors, won rave reviews with the critics. Click here to view.
In May we will present our Act One Series, Volume XI which showcases the work of both novice and experienced writers from San Antonio as well as other parts of the world. The Act One series will take place May 30 and 31, 2008. Our summer production will be “Dearly Departed” by David Bottrell and Jesse Jones and will run from July 11 to July 27, 2008. This season we are also planning to host our first Film/Commercial workshop that will be facilitated by a celebrity actor currently starring in several blockbuster films. We are also accepting applications for a limited number of internship opportunities for high school and/or college age students. And we will need your financial support to accomplish our plans for the year.
Again, we thank you for your continued support and we look forward to sharing another amazing season with you. See you at the theatre!
